Price structure Inmolink MLS

The current Basic Subscription Rates for Agencies and Developers are as follows:

Basic Set up fee Inmolink MLS €99+ IVA (16%) and the yearly renewal fee is €99+ IVA (16%).

This fee includes the following:

- The first three offices, with their company logo and details (whether those offices are Spanish based or overseas).

- 10 users per office.

- All the forms required in Spanish Real Estate in both Spanish and English, with your company logo and company details.

- Set-up and activation of Inmolink MLS account.

- Extensive training course on how to use the system.

- The code for the I-frame of the Inmolink MLS database in the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch.

- Full features to be compliant with decree boja218/2005 (www.boja218.com) + option to print DIA Documento Informativo Abreviado

Monthly Maintenance fee Inmolink MLS is €160.00 + IVA (16%) or when a member refers 4 correctly registered clients to Inmolink MLS S.L. who subsequently pay to have a Boja 218 Compliant Information Pack created, the monthly fee will be refunded.
